Hocus Pocus - It Appears!!!
March 29, 2009 – 7:08 pmBack in August, while attending the ‘Paula Pitches Patch into Potholes’ Party, a house was ‘discovered‘ on E. 34th St. By discovered, I mean at first glance, this is what we saw:
One of the guys from the Streets Dept was looking in through the trees when a voice came out of there, which surprised EVERYONE at the time. Well, I did the article about it, and some other folks also notified the Building Dept. I was in the neighborhood the other day, looking for the potholes Paula patched, and realized, I could SEE the house!!
The pile of wood chips still looks fresh, and the stickers are still in those windows. Hopefully, in a few months, I can do a ‘From Shame to Fame’ article on this house.

While the stickers for the new windows are fresh, WHERE IS THE BUILDING PERMIT!!!!

Amazing!!!!!! I remember that day well … and there was a super house on the other side of the road to the pothole repair that needed tender love and care……

Who owns this house and the truck with all of the building materials that have been removed from the home?
I wonder if you called the building department if a building permit even exists for this home.

I enlarged the picture and do see something hanging in the window. I also noticed the brand new electrical mast and meter base on the side, so that would indicate that there should be at least TWO permits pulled.

Cool! really cool! Not only that a post you read on one breath - so grasps and it is interesting, but also besides also in a head something remains. Usually posts you forget, as soon as you leave an Internet, and here is over what to think. I continue to reflect over this information.
